§2How a reply is read
Before counting, each reply is boiled down to a short key: the first line, lower case, no punctuation, three words at most. A blank reply counts as an answer of its own.
§3Why the limit is generous
Replies may run to — tokens. That looks like a lot for one word, and it is on purpose: many current models think before they speak, and a tight limit leaves them with nothing left to say.
